Job Summary
The Service Supervisor is responsible for championing the delivery of service in the restaurant as well as in all outdoor dining venues.
This position is key to driving an elevated Member / Guest experience for all meal periods by working closely with the entire team of service professionals.
The duties performed by the Service Supervisor include, but are not limited to, ensuring the venue is properly set and ready for service, staffing is sufficient for the daypart and time of year, training and education is part of daily shift meeting as well as having a prominent presence on the floor with Members and Guests.
The Service Supervisor will also be the liaison between the Heart-of-the-House and Front-of-the-House to insure a seamless dining experience.
This position will work closely with the Service Managers and Food & Beverage Director to ensure the standards of service and safety guidelines are met.
This is a full-time seasonal position with the opportunity to become a year-round, full-time position with the full benefits package at the end of the summer season.
The pay range for this position is $26-$29 per hour with the potential for additional income through tips.

Because of the fluctuating demands of the Club's operation, it may be necessary that each Employee Partner perform a multitude of different functions;
therefore, as an essential part of your job, you will be expected to help others when the occasion arises, just as other Employees are expected to help you.
Accordingly, you may be expected to perform other tasks as needed or as directed.
Adhere to all the various company, club and department written mandatory standards of operations, policies and procedures, manuals, memos, oral instructions, etc.
all of which go to make up the essential functions of the job.
